  • Purpose : Plan overseas trip programs of Amway Korea Ltd., develop new destination and strategy, implement corporate message into this programs along with ABOs satisfaction to motivate sales growth, and manages relevant tasks such as  program, proposal, budget control and data analysis to have department head approval  (NCA : Non-Cash Award Program, ABO : Amway Business Owner)

  • Overall Event Planning & Execution
  • New Destination Selection
  • Collaboration with related departments (Digital, Procurement, Finance, Sales, PR)
  • Create new and innovative events
  • Develop bidding process for vendor selection with Procurement department
  • Support preparation of event planning (Presentation PPT, Event app.)
  • Support planning and budgeting of programs and other projects
  • Manage expenditures of events and analyze data including SWOT analysis
  • Research MICE industry and travel trend for development of NCA Programs
  • Assist in domestic & International events and VIP care​ in given role and responsibility
  • Cooperate with partner vendors and maintain partnerships between companies for work efficiency
  • On-site ABO communication service and answering phone calls from ABOs
  • Support Overseas & Domestic Incentive teams

  • Requirements
  • 1~3 years of experienced
  • University Graduate in Business or Hotel management preferred
  • Excellent in Planning and Organizing skills
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Good Command of Both Spoken and Written English
  • Excellent Skills in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Working knowledge of event planning and hospitality management tools and technologies
  • Basic knowledge of budget planning and administration and financial control
