Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the point of contact for inquiries related to overall HR programs, processes, employee development & performance management and providing advice, consultation and coaching with varying complexity and scope
    Partner with business to understand business needs and objectives and provide required HR support and solutions
  • Proactively work with business partners to identify human capital needs and creating plans that meet those needs, including recruitment and selection
  • Work with Finance team in annual budgeting including headcount planning
  • Lead Performance management process including PM training for people leaders
  • Communicate and provide compensation consultation and solutions aligned with APAC Compensation COE and the Global Compensation philosophy
  • Manage HRIS by ensuring accurate employee data, alignment with Global processes and calendars and provides consultation to clients groups on the effective utilization of global systems and processes
  • Provide general coaching to new managers and supervisors in the areas of HR process and people management skills
  • Involve or lead various HR and organization projects to drive the organization as a whole

 

Requirement:

• 8 ~ 12 years of HR experiences in multinational company

• Excellent Communication Skills with in/external stakeholders

• Fluent in English

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
