AKL Marketing has been prioritizing 2020 initiatives on nutrition, under the theme of "Win With Nutrition" and development of various solutions that can deliver exclusive value to customers. Aligned to these Marketing initiatives, Nutrilite has two significant featured global launches (Nutrikids and Menopause) and a series of 'Never done before' solution programs bundling with products and services. For these reasons, new responsibilities are presented to seamlessly execute successful marketing initiatives and this will require 1 new talented product & solution marketer in Nutrilite Marketing team.

 

The new product & solution marketer will be responsible for the following tasks.

-          Develop actionable strategies and implement various Go To Market activities in support of new product launches and promotions

-          Develop and implement innovative solution programs which are both supportive to ABO business and attractive to new customers and ultimately contribute to sustainable Nutrilite growth

-          Conduct integrated marketing communications and develop ABO's business support tools including product video, leaflet, guidebook, digital card news, etc.

 

•          Major in, Nutrition, Food science, and Marketing preferred

•          Over 3 years of experience in the related area

•          Proficient in MS office and English. Over 3 years of experience in Product development or Product marketing in Health Functional Food, General Food, Pharmaceutical products and FMCG Marketing working experience preferred

•          Marketing or food related certificate or higher education preferred

•         Requires full proficiency in principles and practices of area of specialty (Food science, marketing etc.)

•          Requires Strong oral and written communications skills with internal and external customers

•          Requires multi-tasking capabilities

•          Leads simple to moderately complex projects

•          Good knowledge of the principles and practices of multiple marketing functions

•          Proficient at English in both written and speaking

•          Strong human relations and interpersonal communications skills

•          Strong oral and written communications skills with internal and external customers

•          Ability to evaluate and find insights from research results
