Events Executive will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of events and operational initiatives that support Amway’s strategic business objectives. Job Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Lead and execute company events (e.g., conferences, product launches, promotional campaigns).
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Oversee on-site operations and troubleshoot issues for seamless experiences.
- Implement process improvements for efficient event management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
- Maintain event-related databases, including vendors, attendees, and post-event follow-ups.
- Prepare post-event reports and provide insights to improve event quality and ROI.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Serve as a contact for event-related inquiries from distributors and employees.
- Align event strategies with business objectives in collaboration with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate guest travel and accommodation for local and international events.
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective, high-quality services.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of event requirements.
Other Duties:
- Contribute to additional business projects.
- Coordinate and manage the Sales & Marketing events calendar.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and operations.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of event management software is a plus.
