Responsibilities

  • Co-work with Training Department from Malaysia to execute sales training (e.g. studioABO), and localize the training materials/ resources in order to meet the market’s need.
  • Assist in coordinating the launch of sales training between Digital Team and stakeholders in ensuring execution and maintenance in order.
  • To execute the sales training workshop to ABOs, when necessary.
  • Organize and manage the sales meeting through direct involvement with venue provider, speakers and internal stakeholders (System, Communication, Customer Service, Digital, etc.).
  • Coordinate and organize the calendar for all Sales Meetings, Training inclusive other related to Sales (e.g. ALS/DI/FC).
  • Support the ABO Business Relation (ABR) & LGS and Special Events in sourcing related items for the business.
