We have 7 retail centre outlets across ANZ and this position exists at our Sydney Centre in Bella Vista.

We believe in providing the best service to our distributors. So we are seeking the best candidate who can manage all the operational aspects of this Amway Centre to drive sales and members and customers satisfaction  through innovative promotions, merchandising and service.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of all Business Centre operations harnessing full profit and loss accountability that focuses on commercial performance initiatives to increase turnover and maximise profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies that drive sales by analysing and interpreting market trends and ensure operational efficiencies that facilitate future planning.
  • Contribute to and manage the Business Centre’s webpage on the Amway website by presenting communications department data that reflects current Business Centre activities and business information
  • Manage the centres social media requirements
  • Manage all aspects of Business Centre logistic activities including warehousing and local delivery where appropriate

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Tertiary qualifications in retail, management or a related discipline
  • Have a proven track record in sales
  • Strong people relationship skills so as to foster relations with our distributors and be respected by them.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to conduct training sessions as required and “product demonstrations” after training sessions.
  • Excellent customer service skills

 

These skills and the ability to lead a team are all attributes that the successful candidate should possess.

 

Flexibility to work a varied roster required, inclusive of weekdays and weekends.
