How you would contribute to the role:

As a Senior Human Resource Generalist, you will join the Corporate HR team to partner and support employees and leaders on HR programs, policies and procedures.  You will facilitate conflict resolutions, investigations and disciplinary actions while ensuring interactions are in alignment with our values.  Additionally, you will be responsible to provide internal/external environmental updates, which can influence current and future workforce strategies.  There will be many opportunities to lead and engage in critical projects and collaborate with HR Business Partners and global HR COEs on strategies, programs and policies. You will proactively solution, support and collaborate with employees, leaders and HR colleagues through trusted relationships and focus on delivering business goals

 

What skills and background will be important to be successful:

  • Minimum three years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist, with broad based functional HR knowledge such as: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent & Leadership Development, Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, etc.
  • Strong Employee Relations experience
  • Experience in providing HR support for all levels in an organization (leaders, salaried, and hourly staff)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple competing deadlines and leading projects
  • Ability to effectively provide guidance to clients, influencing improvements to business outcomes
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience being a neutral employee advocate, supporting the implementation of global and local HR programs, handling investigations and employee discipline, advising leaders on HR strategy, supporting functional Human Resource Business Partners
  • SHRM or PHR certification desirable
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related discipline
