Home. It's Where Our Heart Is

Even though Amway is a global, multi-billion dollar company, with more than 14,000 employees and operating in more than 100 countries and territories, we started off as a small, family-owned business in West Michigan. Ada is still the home of our world headquarters, with thousands of employees working on a mile-long campus. Our campus also includes running/walking trails around our own lake. From Manufacturing facilities and warehouses to high-tech product formulation and engineering labs, our West Michigan headquarters is still the beating heart of Amway.

  • For the past three years, hundreds of Amway employees have dedicated their time and energy to serving non-profits in the Grand Rapids and Kent County areas in Amway-organized volunteer events.

In 2024, this added up to 41 building projects and over 5,000 volunteer hours.

  • Amway is about more than making bestselling products and supporting our Independent Business Owners. We are active members of the community we serve and want to make a positive impact on the world. We have given millions of dollars to charities and organizations such as Easterseals, the U.S. Dream Academy, and Hawaii Disaster Relief, to name a few.

In total, over 150 non-profit organizations have received donations from Amway as a company and from the generous employees that make up our team.

Taking Care of Our People

At Amway, we believe in nurturing our most valuable asset—our employees. We offer comprehensive healthcare plans, access to a state-of-the-art fitness facility at our World Headquarters campus, and vibrant employee communities that foster connection and growth.

Career Development

Our company offers a tuition reimbursement benefit of up to $5,250 per year to support employees in their educational pursuits. To qualify, employees must obtain approval for their chosen courses, ensuring alignment with their roles and our organizational goals.

Employees also have access to other learning opportunities, such as conferences, certifications and external learning services.

Physical Well-being

Amway offers one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry. Eligible employees can opt for medical coverage through the Amway Consumer Plan or choose to waive it if they prefer. The plan includes prescription drug coverage along with robust wellness benefits. Additionally, employees have the option to add dental and vision coverage to further enhance their benefits.

Medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits coverage is effective after you enroll, as early as the first day of employment with Amway.

Financial Well-being

Full- and part-time employees at Amway have access to complimentary personal financial management services, including budgeting, retirement, and investment planning, among others. These resources offer insights like savings snapshots, personalized goal-setting suggestions, portfolio assessments, income planning, and comprehensive financial planning, along with one-on-one financial coaching sessions.

For retirement planning, the Amway Retirement Savings Plan enables eligible full- and part-time employees aged 18 or older to save for their future using pre-tax or Roth contributions, depending on what suits their financial goals best. Additionally, Amway enhances your retirement savings with base, matching, and profit-sharing contributions, all made on a pre-tax basis.
