What’s special about this team:


Amway’s Nutrition Corporate Marketing team leads our largest category and is the cornerstone to drive the company’s vision of helping people live better, healthier lives. This West Center of Excellence (COE) team is based in California office, and there will also be an East COE team based in Shanghai. Both teams will be reporting to the Vice President of Nutrition Marketing, who will be based in Buena Park, CA. Both of these teams will function as a single global unit and work closely with our affiliates/markets to drive innovation, develop online and offline tools/solutions, and communication to help acquire new customers, and support our Amway Business Owners (ABOs) around the globe. The Executive Assistant II will support our VP of Nutrition Marketing and the Buena Park Nutrition Marketing team, overseeing these crucial efforts while supporting our global partners.

If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your planning and coordination skills will be appreciated, then the Executive Assistant II role may be for you! In this role, you will need to be proactive in deciphering meeting priorities and time management for both the VP and their team. In addition, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of daily tasks, meetings, and special projects. As part of this team, strong organizational and communication skills, professional demeanor, and agility in a fast-paced global environment will be valued. Your ability to multi-task and problem-solve, while maintaining the ability to manage highly sensitive information, will be vital. Prioritization with a high level of professionalism will be the key to success for you in this role.


What skills and background will be important to be successful?


  • Three to five years demonstrated administrative executive experience
  • Ability to partner with strong leaders, creating an environment of trust
  • Talent to communicate across the organization at all levels with demonstrated ability to represent Amway and the Department in a professional manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and team building skills
  • Talent to prioritize, plan, and execute competing schedules and plans in an organized, timely manner
  • Tact and diplomacy to handle confidential information
  • High School Diploma required, Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
