Join Our Finance Team as an Intern in AP Department
As a member of our AP Team, you will gain hands-on experience in the delivery and transformation of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. You will become proficient in daily PTP operations and master the essential AP tools and systems we use every day. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to our AP improvement projects, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and play a role in analyzing and responding to KPI measurements.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Support Global Compliance: Assist with the Risk Control Matrix across various PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes and help drive the quarterly Control Self-Assessment cycle for both Europe and the Americas.
- Master Financial Operations: Get hands-on experience by performing core AP bookings and managing essential Direct Procurement tasks within the system (e.g., Item set-up).
- Drive Process Excellence: Play a key role in PTP process mapping and take the lead in reviewing and harmonizing Desktop Procedures to ensure global consistency.
- Analyze & Innovate: Monitor AP KPI reporting, track performance metrics, and use your fresh perspective to propose impactful improvement initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Education and knowledge: Final-year student or recent graduate (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred) Understanding accounting principles is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English (min. B2) is essential. Russian or Ukrainian as optional.
- Tech Savvy: Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). Understanding and usage of AI tools as a plus.
- Mindset: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, high ownership of tasks, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Adaptability: Positive attitude towards challenges and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
