In this role, you will support Amway’s Aging Platform investment by collaborating directly with markets to deliver and support compelling HW programs, including GTM Plans and activities, by providing goal-based customer & business owner solutions encompassing Lifestyle, Business Opportunity, and Product.
How you would contribute to the role:
Support the development of global Healthy Aging Platform business plans (short & long), annual operating plans, and strategic direction for the enterprise for Healthy Weight Platform. Lead Healthy Aging and be accountable for all market performance deliverables. Collaborate with Category Marketing Teams, Sales, I&S, and Technology to bring platform programs/solutions to life in partnership with the markets. Core Responsibilities for the global platform team include global HW, Healthy Aging Portfolio Design, Social Media, Branding / Creative, H&W Technology Program/Solution Experience, Direction of Physical Presence / Virtual opportunity, Adjacent Space Innovation / Investments, Brand Guidance & Standards, Program, Solution & Product Training, Global Resourcing & Communication. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Leadership: Develops global business plans for programs that deliver breakthrough growth, including annual category plans and long-range marketing plans. Provides direction to Regions that drive Region Marketing plans.
- New Product/Technology Innovation & New Value Creation: Lead global, cross-functional teams to develop and inform the launch of a robust and balanced pipeline of global new products to support the Amway Program universal goals.
- Develop Adjacent Spaces: Assist in developing global strategies and inform marketing plans to create high-potential adjacent spaces, including priority segments and hero products new to Amway and the world that will drive consumer penetration.
- Brand Equity: Participate in the development of consumer and ABO insights, global brand strategies, global campaigns, global brand standards, global best practices, creativity, and communications to improve global brand awareness among ABOs and consumers.
- Consumer and ABO Experience Journey: Provide strategic direction in the development of all global consumer journeys and partner with Sales on the ABO journey to ensure the ABO is the value creator.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years’ brand management experience in a consumer products environment
- Experience managing through highly specialized and experienced staff who exercise latitude, independence, and technical authority
- Experience managing innovative and technologically complex projects, functions, and/or research activities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
