What do we need:
We are looking for a Brand Marketer for healthy beauty brand Artistry. In this role, you will help on Artistry brand building, develop strategy for global beauty community program and Artistry Go to market framework . You will work with a project team include social marketing, product team, creative, technology agencies and beauty expert resources to co-create integrated marketing experience and support sales.
As a Brand Marketer, you will work with cross team to support brand building ,product creative content development , contritute global strategy & framework design for beauty community program , manage and develop creative content to build and activate brand community & ABO led community . Build and nurture community advocate programs and campaigns that build brand passion for Artistry.
A global understanding of the East and West beauty market nuances will be benefitial for this role. You will need to work with different affiliates to catpture their consumer insight and provide relevant content / product solution/ marketing tools to support business owner build ABO led community. You will need to maintain Brand standard to guide creative execution , coordinate and drive integrated marketing experience through consolidating go to market toolkits across product launch , PR , Artistry virtual app , expert speaker and social .
You will help to manage Healthy beauty& home category communication letter , experience center and brand experience trip design.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years as a marketer/brand builder with relevant working experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications , Advertisement or a related area
- Solid experience in brand marketing , marketing communication and digital marketing
- Affiliates Mar-com working experience is a plus

You will join a team within Amway global marketing that develop go to market strategy and manage integrated marketing communication to support brand building and product launch campaign. We lead global, multi-platform marketing campaigns in close partnerships with Digital Marketing and Affiliate Markets to unify brand communication and supply relevant , effective creative content.
The work provides an opportunity to partner with multiple functional team to co-create integrated marketing program across product solution design , marketing tools development, virtual tools and online experience design. This role reports into the Director of Integrated marketing communication. The ojective of this team is to enhance consumer experience across all communication touch points , build brand love and emotional bonding with consumer , support Amway business owners to sell products, and cultivate ABO-lead community.
