What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence analyst for the Customer & Product Analytics team as part of the broad Data, Insights, And Analytics team. In this role you will directly interface with marketing to understand business needs and work in collaboration with marketing and the rest of the analytic steam to build analytical products and leverage those products to provide insights and analytics to marketing and other key stakeholders to provide data informed decisions to help inform strategy.
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with marketing stakeholders, interpreting requests for data, and consulting with stakeholders to understand the business questions they are trying to answer and to collaborate with your peers across analytics using the right methodology to answer these questions. This role will help the business to better understand both product and merchandising insights as well as understanding the customer journey across multiple touch points.
Required qualifications:
- BS degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or related field
- For grade 15, a minimum of 3 years' experience in a role requiring understanding of data and interpretation of trends
- For grade 16, a minimum 6 years’ experience in a role requiring understanding of data and interpretation of trends
- Experience with product and merchandising analytics
- Experience delivering insights for clients, reporting messages in clear and concise ways- including strong visualization skills in delivery and storytelling
Skills to be successful in the role:
- Quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to research and synthesize information into meaningful interpretations
- Experience working with SQL and Tableau. Experience with Python, R, or Alteryx would be a plus
- A demonstrated ability to build trusted and effective relationships with and above peers
- Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables with competing deadlines

The Customer & Product Analytics team is responsible for helping the organization understand who our customers are, what they buy, and how and why they buy it. This team partners closely with our marketing stakeholders as well as market analytics teams across the globe to better understand their business questions. This team also works with the rest of the Insights, Analytics, and Data Governance team for holistic data and insights that help the business make data informed decisions.
