A Data Analyst to provide an analytical & reporting support to Customer Service. We are seeking a motivated, proactive, data-driven leader who is passionate about solution development and innovation. If you love to think outside the box and are comfortable leveraging data to solve business problems, come help drive a data-based approach to solving challenges and optimize Customer Serivice. 

What’s special about this team:

The ANA Customer Serice Data and Technology team, is currently a hardworking team of three, focused on delivering data analytics to drive business decisions in Customer Service. This team works heavily with cross functional partners such as Operations, Sales & Marketing to ensuring the right data is captured and able to be utilized and meet the needs of various departments. This team supports Customer Service which is the main point of contact for IBOs and Customers. Being so close to the IBOs & customers provides an opportunity to make changes and measure impact in real time. The work this group is responsible for is a mix of various projects and is always exciting!

This role will allow you the flexibility to think creativity on how to use data to solve the complex problems for our clients. This role will also allow you to think proactively on how to optimize aspects of Customer Service.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Extracting & analyzing business data to support strategic and tactical decision-making, to assist in long-range business planning
  • Using data to evaluate the effectiveness of different organizational initiatives, and to support effective, targeted communications
  • Identifying fact based best practices to further the development of solutions-oriented customer sales programs
  • Generating ad hoc and recurring reports & analyses to assist in tracking various aspects of business performance


Required qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Statistics and Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics, computer science or statistics
  • Project management skills (e.g., requirement gathering, planning, scheduling, monitoring, cost/benefit analysis)
  • Basic understanding in research design and analysis
  • Basic understanding and competency in utilizing relational databases and data warehousing technologies
  • Ability to design and deliver research reports in formats appropriate to a wide variety of target audiences
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding in a variety of analytic and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, statistical package; decision trees; OLAP; report writers; spreadsheets and other desktop applications)
