Internship Job Title: Data Analyst - Digital Analytics Internship


Pay Range: $19.35 - $24.72 per hour 


What is special about this team: The Digital Analytics and Enablement team is group of highly motivated professionals that manage all parts of the digital analytics value chain, from behavioral data collection to influencing business outcomes through recommendations and insight generation. Through analysis of omnichannel data, attribution, audience intelligence, customer profiling, and strong collaboration with data science discipline, the team is dedicated to solving business challenges and creating competitive advantage for Amway in a marketplace dominated by e-commerce.


How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: This internship role gaining a solid understanding of digital analytics value chain – from digital data collection to insight generation for digital properties like websites and mobile apps. You will undertake projects like analysis of marketing campaigns, digital product features and initiatives to identify tactics for optimizing onsite user experience and initiative effectiveness.


An example of a typical project is: The internship project(s) will be using Heap and BigQuery to analyse marketing campaigns, digital product features and initiatives to identify tactics for optimizing and enhancing onsite user experience and ascertaining initiative effectiveness.


What skills and background will be important to be successful in this internship?


Desired Skills: SQL skills; exposure to or interest in digital marketing and analytics. Good communication skills


Desired Degree: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field.
