What we need:

 

We seek a Program Manager who plays a crucial role in fostering global collaboration with Nutricert stakeholders. Engaging regularly with Executive Sponsors and attending key meetings, they ensure the program aligns with business priorities and complies with standards. The manager oversees technical standards delivery, analyzes data for solutions, and contributes to program strategy. Facilitating education and training, they connect with internal partners, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring consistency in program execution. Additionally, the manager leads the Partner Growers team, defining and implementing standards for partner grower operations, emphasizing business relevancy and effective communication.

 

This is a cool role for someone passionate about the sourcing, production, and conditions surrounding farm ingredients. In this role, you'll shape direction and strategy for program operation, delving into aspects like KPI identification, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. With a unique chance to shape the Nutricert program in response to evolving business needs, including partner grower strategy, you will collaborate with Nutricert Stakeholders to devise strategies for Partner Growers. Taking the lead on the administration and compliance aspects of Partner Growers strategy, you will establish standards surpassing current criteria for partner grower operations. Your role extends to creating detailed plans for implementation, execution, and communication, all while considering business relevance.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience with reviewing farming systems in accordance with applicable regulations (NOP) and standards.
  • Experience and knowledge in botanical supply chains
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships, both internal and external.

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Oversee the delivery of technical standards from the technical lead and responsible standards team.
  • Ability to collaborate with global Nutricert stakeholders to evaluate program success, establish and align Nutricert plans, outline key deliverables, identify potential KPIs, and formulate an overall strategy. Hold regular meetings with Executive Sponsors to address obstacles and evaluate the program's success.
  • Talent to evaluate data to identify root causes, program requirements, and appropriately defines solutions with scalable plans, considering cross-functional peers and global partnerships when applicable. Collaborate with Analytics and Systems teams to implement necessary solutions.
  • Lead the organization and up-front education and training for program connection.  Engage with suppliers to discuss Nutricert program requirements and deployment. Connect with internal Nutricert partners to ensure consistency with program execution.
