The ABO Empowerment team is focused on understanding the voice of our ABOs and developing programs and tools that equip and reward them for self-empowered success.  We identify and amplify the best practices of ABOs through storytelling that includes approaches, motivators, behaviors, anticipated results, and opportunities for scaling.

Your knowledge and expertise will be leveraged in the following responsibilities: 

  • Analyze the end-to-end performance of LGS to identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Develop plan for incorporating predictive analytics into account management work
  • Design and sustain process to globally identify growing abos for coordinated support with markets
  • Consolidate account management tools to streamline Account Manager responsibilities giving back time for ABO interactions
  • Define requirements and Account Manager needs for digital solutions

 

Required qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Digital, or Analytics
  • Minimum 3 years in the Direct Selling Industry, ideally Multi-level-Marketing

 

Skills to be successful in the role: 

  • Understanding of Direct Sales Industry, specifically MLM
  • Independent, self- starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity, works well under pressure with tight deadlines, and can prioritize and drive deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder management across global stakeholders, senior leadership, and with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience in managing projects throughout the discovery phase of a concept to developing “frameworks and tools” to extend to global partners
  • Familiarity with Human-centered design as an approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and build collaborative partnerships
  • Potential travel (10 to 20%) per year
