Job Purpose:
- Manage Operations to provide services to ABO and Members efficiently and satisfactorily.
- Improve and develop repair and service systems to accurately meet the needs of Amway ABO and Members.
- Control and supervise inventory, spare parts, and defective products efficiently.
Main responsibilities:
- Management subordinates' operations to provide Return services, Product Exchange, Durable and Resignation services to ensure maximum satisfaction for ABO and Member.
- Prepare and develop satisfaction survey tools by analyzing its results to improve and develop team's work process.
- Prepare Work Instruction for Return Process, Product Exchange Process and Resignation Process. Includes revising and improving to be up to date.
- Prepare training plan for subordinates’ operations.
- Guidance, consultation, and follow-up on subordinates' operations. As well as evaluating the work and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate and resolve issues for shops and other department.
- Supervise the department's petty cash management.
- Coordinate information both internal department and external departments, as well as cooperate and support both department and company’s activities.
- Create monthly performance summary report and other report’s operation to Manager.
