Receiving Operations

• Receive and unload products from suppliers and transport companies.
• Check that the products and quantities match the delivery documents.
• Inspect the physical condition of the products and report any damage, shortages, or differences.
• Record product receipts correctly in the company systems.

Storage and Inventory Management

• Store products in the assigned locations following warehouse procedures.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform cycle counts and scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and report inventory differences.
• Record all stock movements to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report low stock levels and replenishment needs.

Order Fulfillment

• Review operational tickets in Zendesk every day.
• Manage and resolve assigned tickets within the required timelines.
• Follow up on orders from receipt to shipment.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve issues related to orders, inventory, and deliveries.
• Prepare orders for home delivery by checking products, quantities, batch numbers, and required documents.
• Assemble product kits and promotional materials according to commercial campaigns.
• Prepare internal transfers and shipments when required.
• Keep ticket information updated in Zendesk to ensure process tracking.

Operational Support

• Provide support to Shop Operations when required.
• Follow operational procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve receiving, storage, inventory, and order fulfillment processes.
• Support special activities, events, and projects related to logistics operations.
