Principal Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide HR consulting to business leader / executives
  • Assist and support business leaders on the preparation of and integrate human capital planning and implementation into client groups’ LRBPs and AOPs.
  • Partner with business units to understand business needs and objectives and provides required HR support for policy and program implementation
  • Drive the effective implementation, training and execution of HR programs
  • Lead compliance with all existing government and labor legal requirements and is responsible for the preparation of information requested or required for compliance with laws in the area of responsibility
  • Advocate and support the service delivery model within the business and provide feedback/insights to CoE’s and GBS
  • Ensure implementation of hire to retire process in alignment with global standards
  • Manage new hire orientation and on-boarding support programs in alignment with global standards
  • Accountable to handle any employee conflicts and support management and employee to evaluate and address people issues and concerns
  • Partner with management to ensure consistent application of performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and other employment actions
  • Ensure consistent application of performance improvement plans, advice on any corrective and other employment actions
  • Implement programs that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace to support an engaged, high performing culture
  • Accountable to ensure a structured approach on change management and methodology for the people side of change caused by projects and change initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders in and providing support for change management processes throughout the organization

     

    Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:

    • Bachelor  degree and Up of  Human Resources/Business Administration
    • 8+ Related Experience years
    • Analytical Aptitude: Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from technical or business material and tools to support management decision making
    • Business Acumen:  Effectively communicating and presenting complex data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences; helps others understand data and translate it into actionable business insights
    • Consulting: Ability to effectively provide technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; knowledge of applicable tools and techniques to maximize consulting effectiveness
    • Critical Thinking:  Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations using facts and data, business analysis, deductive reasoning and sound judgement
    • Human Capital Principles:  Understanding key human capital principles and concepts
    • Managing Multiple Priorities: Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
    • Change Management:  Understanding key principles and concepts
    • Relationship Management:  Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships, including ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts effectively and constructively with clients, vendors and peers
    • Strategic Thinking:  Ability to think strategically and understand the broader view; demonstrates an understanding of the long-term, “big picture” view of needs and opportunities
