Duties & Responsibilities


  • Marketing strategies, branding for Amway Core product (i.e. Skincare) to achieved company objectives and goal.
  • To conduct Skincare products course that relates to beauty product category in order to enhance Amway Business Owner Skill on sale and product and develop their talents by creating new update course with effective curriculum.
  • Product training to Amway Business Owners (ABO) and Members in nationwide that aligns with marketing strategies and plans.
  • Provide product knowledge/ updated information to ABO & Members.
  • Be product consultant information to ABO and Members.
  • Manage and control training budget .
  • coordinate to HQ in USA of new product information and further information for training.
  • Develop curriculum that enhances skill of Amway Business Owner (ABO) on sale and cosmetics and make up products product.




  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Management or related fields .
  • 3-7  years experience in product training especially Skincare, cosmetics products, food supplement or related product in Bangkok and Upcountry; manage and arrange training schedule.
  • Good interpersonal skill and independent.
  • Enjoy travel and work on weekend.
  • Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment.
  • Excellent/Good command in English and computer literate.
