- Arrange internal and external meetings and set up conference calls.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Monitor office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Prepare and manage reports and presentations.
- Make and confirm travel arrangements and manage team’s meeting agendas.
- Support the team with personal and daily operational inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments and other organizations, as well as coordinating with ABOs to participate in events and activities with the company.
- Coordinate with ABOs to getting their information for recognizing in monthly magazine including make an appointment with ABOs for magazine cover shooting i.e., shooting / fitting / interview date, prepared cosmetic, air ticket and hotel booking.
