O2C Junior Accountant  (ANZ - 6.30am - 3.30pm)

Responsibilities:-
  • Day-to-day operational activities (Accounts Receivable related, Collections, Receipt Creation, Invoice Billing, etc).
  • Perform bonus calculation, adjustments and payments to Amway Distributors.
  • Timely completion of all allocated tasks (daily, weekly, monthly) as compliance to SLAs.
  • Dealing with customer queries (Inbound calls & Outbound calls).
  • Liaise with the relevant parties to ensure smooth operations (Service Requests, Emails or Calls).
  • Oracle system operations.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:-
  • Preferably Candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant Professional Qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MIA / ICEAW). 
  • At least 1 years’ relevant experience in accounts receivable/collection.
  • Proficiency in English with good communication and writing skills.
  • Strong customer driven focus.
  • Target oriented.
  • Positive working attitude with personal responsibility and integrity.
  • Willing to work in Australia and New Zealand time zone (6.30am to 3.30pm MY time).
