Job Roles and Responsibilities:


  1. Inventory Management


  • Performs a prompt and accurate stocks inventory recoding such as issuance and receiving of products on daily basis.
  • Performs accurate stock reconciliation on daily basis
  • Conducts verification process for in and out inventory transaction.
  • Conducts stock replenishment in products shelves on a regular basis.
  • Ensures availability of the products through inventory stocks monitoring and analysis.
  • Submits inventory reports on a regular basis as required by the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor.


  1. Product Return (Amway Promise)


  • Responsible as the main contact person for product returns in accordance to Amway Promise guidelines.
  • Provides customer satisfaction guarantee through replacement and/or refund for returned products.
  • Works closely with third party courier on returned product and ensure necessary steps are taken care of in accordance to Amway Promise guidelines.


  1. Human Relations


  • Works collaboratively with MAP colleagues.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate upline, Shop Supervisor, and/or HOD.
