Responsible for developing and implementing ABO-centered training programs which covers the Amway as the company, its products, business, selling skills and leadership development skills.


  1. Job Description


  1. Training Module Development
    • Coordinates with Training and Content Development Officer on training modules and co-develop customized programs appropriate for the area being handled.
  2. Training Event Implementation
    • Oversees and calendars regular training events in the assigned area which includes coordination with Attraction, Experience and Integration and Leader Success Teams
    • Works with the assigned members of the Attraction, Experience and Integration and Leader Success Teams on communication and information dissemination of the training program description, mechanics and its details.
    • Conducts training/workshop in accordance to set guidelines for company-initiated training activities.
    • Ensures adequacy, completeness, and appropriateness of training materials (modules, workshop materials and leave-behind tools).
  3. Training Evaluation
  • Develops ABO feedback mechanism for training program implementations.
  • Evaluates (Qualitatively and Quantitatively) the effectiveness of training programs and provides recommendations on enhancements or improvements.
