What is the purpose of this role?

The ABO Activation and Communication Specialist is responsible for partnering with other stakeholders for all sales communications (internal and external), ensuring high-quality, timely, and seamless execution. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations, delivering client satisfaction, and optimizing the efficiency of activation processes.

What you’ll do:

 

Sales Communication Process Management

  • Coordination of all ABO facing communication internal (keep employees updated about all sales topics) and external (promotions, TNAs, discontinuations, price increase, sales communications, tech etc)
  • Create a yearly communication calendar based on the new launches, price increases and promotions and execute the plan
  • Contineous improvement of communication process (collecting communication of all departments and make sure the right communication is delivered to the right audience at the right time according to Leaders’ seniority)
  • Create an annual calendar for all sales communications
  • Work with the other functions to create and activate each communication plan
  • Approve the communication plan with Sales Director
  • Collaborating with Account Managers (AMs) and Sales Managers (SM) and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and propose improvements
  • Coordinate the send out of all the communications to Strategic Partners, FC, AGAC via the leadership inbox

Zoom Hosting

  • Organize the Zoom hosting for all ABO engagement points, managing the interpretation process from supplier setup to budget control, and constantly analyze and report the delivery of zoom hosting and interpretation and proposing improvements in execution phases
  • Manage Zoom meeting logistics, including scheduling, troubleshooting, and coordinating with participants and interpreters
  • Ensure that all meetings are set up in alignment with the activation calendar and key milestones, providing technical support as needed
  • Guarantee the proper functioning of the technology, managing any issues that may arise during virtual sessions
  • Maintenance of zoom license according to nr of participations, languages and budget best usage

Interpretation Process Management

  • Own the interpretation process from the initial setup of the supplier (agency selection) until the booking process of interpreters is complete
  • Manage the relationship with suppliers, ensuring that all interpretation services meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers in collaboration with the procurement team to ensure cost-effective solutions and adherence to budgetary guidelines
  • Oversee the entire budget for interpretation services, ensuring all costs are controlled and transparent, and are in line with project requirements
  • Ensure that all interpretation requirements are planned, communicated, and executed effectively to support the activation process
  • Investigate alternative solutions based on qualitative and quantitative research
  • Monitor the interpretation services quality and report to supplier and management and suggest ideas of improvements

What you’ll need:

 

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales or related
  • High proficiency level in English is a must
  • Knowledge of other European languages
  • Very good project and time management skills
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Ability and confidence to co-operate with more senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a multinational team and environment
  • Ability to perform a multifunctional role in a team, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
