What is the purpose of this role?

Provide operational support and drive our recognition strategy, ensuring that our ABOs receive consistent and meaningful recognition on both physical and digital platforms. By effectively coordinating these recognition efforts, the position will contribute to strengthening ABOs loyalty and motivation to drive business growth.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Support renewal, upgrade, production and delivery of Pin boxes for new qualifiers and create customer friendly Achievers page and interactive Achievers PDF
  • Research and analyze tools, third-party best practices and gather feedback internally and externally to partner Senior Recognition Designer improve ESAN recognition strategy- making it practical and effective
  • Provide operational support to the Senior recognition designer to execute the operational plan of recognition for the area of responsibility and partner in the main task as well to deliver recognition during NCA’s
  • Coordinate the end to end process of Recognition Boxes and Pins management for Bronze + (from box ordering to the moment ABOs receive their PINs)
  • Responsible for collecting the pictures from ABOs as per Amway achievers process
  • Manages the online Achievers process (end to end process making sure that all is done correctly and right achievers are uploaded)
  • Partner with Senior recognition designer to deliver and execute the Amway ESAN recognition strategy
  • Work in close collaboration with the ABO Activation Leader and Recognition designer to deliver the best recognition experience
  • Bring creative ideas to support the recognition process in your area of ownership and accountability
  • Develops solutions for a more efficient work environment (identifies challenges, inconsistencies, manual work and addresses them and proposes solutions)
  • Partner in specific recognition tasks planned and agreed with ABO Activation Leader and Recognition designer

Recognition Continuous improvement

  • Review the full recognition strategy and propose improvement ideas for all recognition elements
  • Connect with different functions internally and externally to get ideas

ESAN markets anniversaries

  • Create a guideline for ESAN markets anniversaries for all milestones proposing a package for each section
  • Coordinate the execution of all markets anniversaries in ESAN based on the guideline and package approved
  • Coordinate the organization of face to face events for 50 years milestone in close cooperation with SE, LCE, marketing, Sales performance etc

ABO selection process

  • Coordinate the selection of ABOs for different initiatives based on the specific brief from project owner
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Managers to finalize the ABO selection
  • Approve the final section with Sales Director
  • Participate in GTM meetings
  • Callect all data from ABOs selected

Leader Communities events support and participation 1 x year  minimum ( in the local market if possible)

What you’ll need:

 

  • 2+ years of experience 
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales or related
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of other European languages
  • Good project management skills knowledge and practice
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work in a multinational team and environment
  • Ability to perform a multifunctional role in a team, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking skills

  • Willingness to travel
