Job Purpose: 

 

You will be an innovative and strategicHead of Contentto lead our content strategy and execution across all Amway channels. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who not only excels in content creation and editorial direction but also leverages technology to enhance production, distribution, and performance measurement. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and tech stakeholders to deliver high-impact, data-driven content that drives engagement and growth. 

 

Primary Responsibilities  

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive, tech-enabled content strategy aligned with business goals. 

·       Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of writers, editors, and content creators. 

·       Implement and manage content technology tools (AI-assisted writing, automation, analytics platforms) to streamline workflows and boost content efficiency. 

·       Oversee content operations including calendars, publishing pipelines, and quality control across all channels. 

·       Use data, AI tools, and performance metrics to inform content decisions and continuously optimise content effectiveness. 

·       Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and user experience across all touchpoints. 

·       Deliver content that aligns with user (ABO) insights 

·       Stay ahead of content trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. 

·       Excellent writing, editing and communication abilities.  

 

 

Leadership responsibilities 

 

o        Part of the Marketing Operations leadership team with core responsibilities in supporting the CMO in implementing an efficient End to End creation process. 

o        Support the CMO in infusing the right culture across the organisation, leading by example. 

o        Management and development of the team to grow. 

o        Key engagement with business partners leadership and our distributors. 

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Capabilities, and/or Related Experience:  

 

·       Strategic thinking and priority setting with a strong communication voice. 

·       Strong Commercial acumen. 

·       Leadership skills around managing differnet teams across multiple locations. 

·       Project management skills. 

·       Interfunctional team working skills. 

·       Creative and production process knowledge. 

·       Working with different brands, cultures and channels is key. 

·       Fluent in English.  

·       Willingness to travel across the region – 4 times per month.
