What is the purpose of this role?

Responsible for the execution of all communication projects and related content and assets development in area of responsibility across all channels.


What you’ll do:

  • Act as point of contact and work in partnership with Initiative Owners in the area of responsibility
  • Act as communication representative in projects Core Teams
  • Coordinate and align communication plans and related initiatives with all the necessary internal stakeholders
  • Guarantee communication projects and all related assets are delivered on time and according to expectations
  • Manage the creative agencies and work in close cooperation with the internal Creative Studio to make sure the projects are delivered according to plan and expectations
  • Make sure the design creative process is correctly implemented and followed by all the internal stakeholders
  • Manage reporting in the projects of responsibility
  • Engagement with business partners and providing them a key point reference for Communications


What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Communications, Communication Design, PR or related
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing and/or communication
  • Strategic thinking and priority setting with strong communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Cross-functional team working skills
  • Creative and production process knowledge (print, digital, print)
  • Strong Commercial acumen
  • Working with different brands, cultures and channels is key.
  • Experience and skill in evaluating and critiquing creative work, ensuring it delivers defined objectives and brand values
  • Presentation preparation and delivery to senior management
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills on all levels
  • Open minded, well organized, high attention to details, availability to work on many projects in parallel
  • Fluent in English
