Join Our Finance Team as an Intern – RtR & OtC Departments

We are currently looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Finance Department, specifically within the Record to Report (RtR) and Order to Cash (OtC) teams. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment and support key financial processes.
 

In the RtR Team, the intern will be involved in reconciling intercompany transactions and balances between different subsidiaries. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and preparing documentation for audits.
 

In the OtC Team, the intern will support the automation of bonus processes using various tools such as VBA, Excel macros, and RPA. This role offers a chance to contribute to process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Performing diverse accounting activities for different countries using ERP accounting system (ORACLE)
  • Maintaining and converting databases using Excel and other applications
  • Take part in projects focus on modifying and improving processes performed by the team to eliminate wastes (for example: accounts reconciliation standards improvement project, intercompany process improvement project)
  • Gain knowledge and learn about our organization, culture, and develop business acumen.
  • Participate in team meetings & support with communication to the stakeholders
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties
  • Support the team in other assigned tasks

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:

  • Fluency in English (min. B2 level)
  • Educational background (3rd year and above) - Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Enthusiasm and learning attitude - willingness to constantly grow.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
  • High ownership of the tasks you are given
  • Attention to details, analytical skills.
  • Good language skills in English
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
