Qualification :

 

  1. Education & Experience min Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  2. Min 5 years of working experience in Product Marketing
  3. Possess strong knowledge on Marketing
  4. Understand and being able to develop Product Strategic Planning
  5. Attention to detail
  6. High level of English fluency in both written and verbal
  7. Mastering Microsoft Office especially; Power Point Presentation, Microsoft Excel
  8. Strong analytical thinking and logical approach to problem solving
  9. Strong time and project management

 

Job Description:

 

1. Manage product portfolio & SKU

2. Analyze existing portfolio productivity and seek for enhancement of its productivity

3. To rationalize nonproductive SKUs, especially the Shopper Catalog in order to meet 80:20

guidance provided by Regional

4. Looking for new products development opportunities, especially Shoppers Catalog Products

that can support the Core Line

5. Prepare business cases to support new products introduction and/or launch as well as

enhancement of existing portfolio

6. Develop and implement product launch plan in order to make sure the product will meet its

target during its lifetime by working together with other department to seek opportunities to

maximize the sale

7. Control and Manage budget, sales, revenue and expenditure of its product categories

8. Responsible for setting up Product Pricing Policy in order to keep price competitiveness of the

products as well as maximize the margin

9. Develop product supporting collaterals and/or literatures that include product key message

and key training materials in order to ensure Training Dept., Sales Dept., and ABOs are fully

equipped with sufficient product information

10. Together with Communication Dept. develop communication plan that clearly focus and come

with strong messaging and consistently deliver all across communication channel

11.  Develop Product Promotions Plan

12. Coordinate with other concerned / related Department for the purpose of flawless

implementation of Product Strategy
