Responsibilities:
- Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Deal with complaints from customers or ABOs to maintain the store reputation
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
- Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecast for saleable stocks
- Manage, execute and respect the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with the staff on daily basis
- Monitor inventories and check procedures applications to avoid stock losses
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field with 5 years’ experience in Shop/retail industry
- 3 years in Supervisory position
- Possess good communication skills
- Willing to work during weekends (2 days off will be arranged during weekdays)
- Willing to work in Kota Kinabalu (Amway Shop)
