Description of key duties/functions:


  • Support on bonus calculation and payment process to Amway Distributors
  • Support on accounts reconciliation and advise journal entries for ledger posting
  • Handle related inquiries that raise from customer service team
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvement
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is always maintained.
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvement


Qualification, experience and other requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
  • Working experiences with 1 – 2 years in Accounting/Shared Services or fresh graduate
  • Good analytical skills & highly dedicated to completing job tasks with accuracy & reliability.
  • Experience in using any accounting system. Experience in Oracle software is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai language with good communication and writing skills
  • Able to work effectively as a member in multi-functional teams
