The System Analyst is an IT representative responsible for Data integration and reconciliation. This position contributes to successful execution and monitoring of the order integration processes and the data flow between all related partner systems, including support of Financial month end closure preparations.

 

Responsibilities:
•    Manage order integration reconciliations for globally in Amway.
•    Manage ABO data integration reconciliation for globally in Amway.
•    Manage Supply Chain data integration reconciliation for globally in Amway
•    Act as liaison between Data Management team, specific IT application support teams, and users
•    Contribute to data consistency in source of truth systems
•    Execute distributor data reconciliation (names, addresses, bank account, Tax IDs, Credit Cards, phone numbers, and others)
•    Coordinate and support preparing the Financial month end closure readiness from an order perspective
•    Develop tools, processes, and analyze how to enhance the existing data management process
•    Coordinate analysis of reconciliation errors and drive permanent fixing
•    Implement solutions to automate reconciliation between systems
•    Rotation On-call Support and Job Monitoring related to Data Reconciliation tool.

 

Requirements:
•    Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline
•    Minimum of 3 years of IT, order management, and/or related experience
•    Strong knowledge of and experience with reconciliation tools, e.g. Informatica, SQL
•    Strong understanding of processes, applications, and data flow of the order process
•    Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and spread significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
•    Good communication skills to cooperate with several independent Teams and to coordinate activities leading to successful data flow
•    Experienced at queries, report writing and presenting findings
•    Working skills in a preferably multicultural environment
•    Understands Business, IT and ERP and is able to "speak the language"
•    Personal skills allowing to achieve defined goals
•    Ability to recognize important details and consider them during decision process
•    Can identify and mitigate potential risks/problems
•    Attitude to "make it happen" with a strong proactive orientation
•    Ability to articulate in a clear concise manner a proposed solution to teammates that will effectively solve an issue.
•    Willing to extend working hours during on week days to collaborate with teammates based in U.S.
•    Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
