Lead Systems Engineer - End User Technology

Purpose of Role:

The position is responsible for leading & supporting works in End User Technology across all markets/regions. 

Principal responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance to local & global teams
• Establish relationships with business units and other Technology divisions to deliver results in the End User Technologies space globally.
• Lead projects with close cooperation of business units and technology departments.
• Provides guidance for the development and maintenance of global standards for SCCM, Windows, Mobile Device Management, and VMWare VDI.
• Architect and design future End User technologies standards to be used globally.
• Standardize the technologies footprint in the responsible areas
• Enhance and optimize the current global End User facing technologies
• Maintaining vendor & supplier relations
• Lead in market physical presence initiatives & projects
• Provide Subject Matter Expert level guidance & support to outsourced vendor.
• Oversight of outsourced team’s progress, address issues with leadership, and monitor adherence to SLAs. 

Required qualifications:

• Experienced in leading users & projects for minimum of 5 years
• Master Degree of Computer Science, MIS, or other technology related field preferred and 10 years of experience in Information Technologies

• Flexible, service oriented, well-motivated team leader, able to work under high pressure in a multicultural environment
• Thorough working knowledge of architecture, design and concepts of End User facing Technologies
• Experienced with Microsoft technologies (Windows, SCCM, Group Policy Management, Intune, Office 365 product portfolio)
• Experience with design, deployment, and management of VMWare VDI technologies.
• Working knowledge of managing and support Apple Mac OS computers.
• Familiar with strategies and trends of the listed technologies above
• Capable to identity industrial trends and leverage them for the business needs
• Willingness for travels

Preferable qualifications:

• Experienced in project management
• Familiar with BYOD and mobility concepts.
• Knowledgeable of Virtualization of Desktops and Applications
• Preferred MCSA certified
