Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Program Design & Delivery
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs covering technical skills (e.g., systems, tools, compliance) and soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership, collaboration).
- Customize and/or develop learning content to suit different employee levels and functions based on the most effective learning methodologies and philosophy.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions (when required) applying adult learning model and approaches.
- Learning Needs Analysis
- Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with business units and HRBPs.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Support the development of learning paths and competency frameworks.
- Learning Management & Administration
- Manage learning activities through the Learning Management System (LMS), including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers, vendors, and subject matter experts.
- Ensure training records and compliance requirements are maintained accurately.
- Organize and manage training events, workshops, and seminars for employees
- Selection and management of Learning partners and vendors on cost, content design and effectiveness of delivery.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and learner engagement.
- Monitor learning KPIs and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Manage learning budget and spending with regular reports for stakeholders
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with functional, department heads and HR teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Support change management and employee development initiatives through learning.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Working Relationships
- Internal: Regional Talent Management Specialist, HR Business Partners, Function & Department Heads, Employees
- External: Training Vendors, Consultants, Learning Technology Providers

- Good command of written and spoken English is must
Preferred Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
- Experience in both technical and soft-skill training design and delivery.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Certification in instructional design, facilitation, or coaching is a plus.
- Experience in the direct selling industry is highly desirable.
