Senior IT Asset Management Specialist

 

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the global team in Amway Corporate IT. Able to think globally.
  • Provide support for Corporate and Affiliates. Collaborate with local and cross-region teammates
  • Maintain Flexera FNMS Production and non-production environments in compliance with Amway’s standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate and modify FNMS technical configuration and integrations as required with changing business needs.
  • Import database sources and enterprise group files to FNMS platform
  • Create, modify Inventory and/or Business adapters as per the requirements.
  • Design and implement technical solutions on Flexera FNMS platform.
  • Troubleshoot, identify and implement technical fixes for product issues, integration issues, data discrepancy and business reporting.
  • Install, maintain agents, execute agent and application upgrades, create, manage customizations to import data, produce reports as needed.
  • Assign and manage technical tasks with our vendor.
  • Execute application patch and version upgrades.
  • Ensure all components are optimized, including the Product Use Rights Licenses (PURLs), beacons, data tables etc.
  • Ensure the Flexera end-point license usage is optimized.
  • Load validated license purchase order details into FNMS from various sources.
  • Execute configuration / creation of dashboards, reports.
  • Adhere to SDLC best practices to maintain data currency in the appropriate environments, code migrations and requirement traceability.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in related field.
  • Must have experience on FNMS installation, patch and version upgrades.
  • Must have worked as a lead admin on the application
  • Must have experience with integrations like Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery and Service Management and Flexera App Broker. Experience with Oracle EBS and JD Edwards will be added advantage.
  • Must have hands on experience doing root cause analysis from application logs, identifying sources of data discrepancies and ways to resolve them.
  • Must have experience working / coordinating with Flexera Support on platform issues, bugs and enhancement requests.
  • Must have hands on experience working on Windows/Unix/Linux environment
  • Hands on experience working with Power-shell, SQL Scripts, building Tableau reports will be added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Senior level proficiency in theoretical concepts and applied principles and practices of area of specialty.
  • Working knowledge of software license management and optimization will be added advantage.
  • Self-driven, strong initiative and participative.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team.
