- Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of product, equipment and supplies including maintenance of inventory.
- Responsible to manage the effective distribution, storage, packing, etc, to serve replenishment to all shops nationwide and Home Delivery as well as other special reques/requirement.
- Ensure operators follow standard work instruction and provide customer satisfaction
- Review and/or develop master distribution schedules eg. Inventory movement, max min for replenishment, transporter etc that can optimize cost and resources.
- Lead and handle inventory control system in DC
- Evaluate and manage proper manpower use in daily operation
- Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition
- Being a part of establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advise of budget-related needs
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Interaction with others requires good communication & relation management skill
- Troubleshooting to smooth daily operation and find root cause to prevent problems in the future
- Supervise and manage end-to-end warehouse operations such as picking, packing, dispatch, and return
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company standards, SOPs, and quality requirements
- Monitor inventory accuracy and control stock movements and reconciliation
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Analyze workflows and implement process optimization
- Reduce operational errors in inventory management and order fulfillment through root cause analysis
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively based on workload and operational priorities
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to improve performance and capabilities
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company regulations
- Work closely with e-commerce and warehouse teams to support performance, productivity, and operational targets
