Job Specific Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate scheduled trainings and prepare materials to ensure adequacy, completeness inclusive modules, workshop content, workbook, and workshop materials.
  • Conduct trainings and present product demonstration if applicable to leaners.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationship with all members including ABO leaders of the organization to optimize total functioning of training support.
  • Initiate regular discussion with team members on feedback from participants
  • Pursue self-development and learning of all corporate operational guidelines, code of conduct, IP guidelines and global and regional training policies.
  • Self-learning on processes to ensure all training productions, deliveries and activities follow all Amway’s operational guidelines, code of conduct, IP guidelines.
  • Demonstrates basic understanding of the organization’s business and strategy. by country 


  • At least Diploma, Professional certificate in Beauty or dermatology, Cidesco or Cosmetology with 2 – 3 relevant working experience.
  • Experience in performing facial wash and make up professionally.
