Customer relationship management (CRM) Lead

ROLE PURPOSE:

Manage the business’s day-to-day CRM segmentation, onsite personalization, and product recommendation programs and platforms.

Formulate and/or propose strategies, plan and drive executable action plans, asset deliverable management, as well as the testing of all SMS, emails, among other multi-channel communications. He or she is also tasked with overseeing the creation of models against lifetime value, retention, churn, loyalty, and advocacy programs.

Responsibilities: -

  • Design and map a desired target customers’ journey that will be align with overall business strategy
  • Responsible to maximize CRM platform capability with digital CoE team
  • Work with Category Managers to plan and align KPIs, develop action plans, implement initiatives that can maximise customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability
  • Work with communication team to develop the applicable communication and contents to fit target audiences
  • Strategize and execute email marketing campaign to identify the messages or pitch that trigger a positive response from a customer.

Requirements: -

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communication with 7 years’ experience in CRM
  • Demonstrate a substantial knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, offer management, data mining, interactive marketing, database marketing, and email marketing
  • Being a highly interactive position, he or she must have excellent communication skills that will ensure effective conveyance of information and execution of duties in a cross-functional setting.
  • Strong leadership, human relations and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning, business strategy, facilitation, and project management.
