Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

•     Improve company’s online presence and keywords ranking with on-page, off-page and technical SEO optimization for all company-owned websites and digital materials

•     Work closely with Editorial and Social Media teams for SEO content optimization, content distribution and content marketing (owned, earned, paid) for online channels and social media platforms to increase marketing specific metrics

•     Conduct research on trending keywords search (directly and indirectly related to Amway) and propose keywords to Editors to prepare the applicable contents, monitors content page views and updates Editors on the outcome of using proposed keywords

•     Coordinate with Stakeholders and vendors to oversee SEO campaigns which include technical auditing and onsite implementation, link outreach and content development

•     Propose new opportunities to bring in organic traffic that can be aligned with SEO strategy and/or other company’s directions

•     Look into the technical and non-technical performance with the IT team or vendor to provide solutions to provide solutions should issues arise

•     Understand metrics and KPIs and continually suggest optimizations to improve performance

•     Provide insights and recommendations and suggest actionable solutions to improve search engine crawlability and indexation

 

Digital Ads

•     Provide support in the area of planning, developing & deploying content and advertisements across all relevant Google platforms

•      Conduct research on be keywords to be used to maximise the advertising efforts

•      Coordinate with Stakeholders and/or vendors on the content required to execute the advertisements

•      Work with internal IT teams or with vendors on the execution of the digital marketing plans

•      Monitor and prepare reports for the digital advertising activities, ensuring the activities support campaign strategies and business goals

 

Analytics & Reporting

•       Review, analyze, insights and/or recommendations on all digital campaigns (including social media, SEM, SEO, web traffic, etc), and platforms (including websites, apps, eBrochures, etc), and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

•       Create standardized reports to monitor on-site performance, leveraging analytics to optimize marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements

•       Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms

•       Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend & performance based on the insights

 

Requirements:

•    3 - 5 years relevant experience

•    Experience in using SEO tools and setting up digital ads and strong familiarity with the web development process, including the important points at which SEO must be considered

•    Understands Google Analytics and Google Search Console metrics

•    Awareness of data analytics tools and demonstrates passion to stay abreast of the latest industry developments and create reports on how changes will impact search for all parts of the business

•    Knowledge of search engine spider, crawl and indexing process, while understanding the importance of XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, status code errors fix

•    Able to produce high-quality work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language

•    Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize

•    Strong attention to detail and ability to present and communicate ideas in a coherent and effective manner
