Duties and Responsibilities: 


  1. Ensures the accurate calculation and on time payment of wages, salaries, bonuses and/or other payments to employees by:  
  • Entering, correcting, verifying and/or transmitting payroll and time and attendance information to/from multiple systems/inputs to include ensuring accounting for pay for time worked, pay for time off, involuntary and voluntary deductions and withholdings
  • Ensuring payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and relevant government regulations
  • Providing good customer support by responding and resolving employee inquiries in a timely manner
  • Preparing, compiling and maintaining various payroll, tax and general accounting documents, records, files and reports on time and per requirements
  • Analyzing, auditing, reconciling and resolving discrepancies
  • Evaluating system and/or processing issues and developing and/or recommending improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency
  • Researching and interpreting regulatory requirements and resolving tax, withholding, garnishment, and wage/hour issues
  • Partnering with internal and/or external experts (HR, Tax, Legal and Finance) on regulatory and/or system interface issues/questions/changes
  • Partnering with internal and/or third-party system providers to adapt systems to support pay and/or benefit changes due to changes in company offerings or regulatory requirements
  • Responding to auditing and regulatory inquiries, as necessary 


  1. Administer and process the employee benefits on an effective and timely basis;
  • Administer and process the Staff Entitlement, Staff Purchase, Artistry Purchase and Jumbo Sale.
  • Administer the leave system and attend to employees’ enquiries and requests
  • Administer the employee insurance renewal, registration, de-registration etc.
  • Administer the long service award


  1. To handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties.
