We are looking for a skilled demand facilitator to help lead Amway Technology organization’s Demand Management operations.

The Demand Management Office is at the forefront of Technology’s efforts to dependably turn every investment into meaningful, quantifiable business outcomes. Ranging from facilitating alignment around investments to maximizing spend against capacity and capabilities, the Demand Management Office will devise and deploy approaches that continuously improve the Technology organization’s ability to measurably drive business outcomes.

 

How you would contribute to the role:

 

In this role, you will be asked to develop and deploy approaches and standards around demand management within the strategies of the organization. As such, you’ll be responsible for the broader execution of demand management and become a trusted advisor to leaders in the Technology organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 

  • Interfacing with market and sub-functions to develop and maintain a clear line of sight on investment opportunities and allocations
  • Mapping investment allocations against OKRs (Outcomes & Key Results) and organizational strategy
  • Facilitating tracking and reporting on resource consumption and value realization
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of the Technology organization’s practices and standards
  • Helping teams navigate financial implications of Capital and Operational expense

 

Skills and background important to be successful:

 

To be considered for this role, you will understand technology and financial concepts and practices, project management methodologies, and be highly organized and autonomous. A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have the following qualities/experiences:

  • Ability to communicate and influence across cultures, functions, and levels of the organization
  • Passion for continuously improving organizational practices
  • Ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships across the organization
  • Leading projects/initiatives including managing significant dollars in spend
