Sales Qualification Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:   

• ABOs/APCs Qualification/HATV
  • To support and/or analyze potential contender by reviewing global KPIs, order information and qualitative information for all the contenders and contributing legs with general supervision.  
  • To track, monitor and contact ABOs to validate monthly Q and qualification.
  • To recommend approval of monthly qualifications and flagging questionable qualifiers.
  • To consult with the Account Manager for additional details and insights.
  • To ensure all are well documented in the system support.
  • To ensure higher award qualifiers receive all forms of recognition appropriate to their qualifying.

• Provide operation support to the sales team and work well with Sales Qualification Executive/Senior Executive
  • To prepare monthly qualification reports.
  • To engage with business system support/enhancement to ensure the system is working well.
  • To support Sales Qualification Executive & Senior Executive on ad-hoc task.
