  • Provide analytical & reporting support to one or more functional areas (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.).
  • Extracts & analyzes business data to support strategic and tactical decision-making, to assist in long-range business planning, to evaluate the effectiveness of different organizational initiatives, and to support effective, targeted communications.
  • Defines, develops and tracks key performance measures.
  • Identifies fact based best practices to further the development of solutions oriented sales programs.
  • Generates ad hoc and recurring reports & analyses to assist in tracking various aspects of business performance.
  • Work closely to, and collaborate with, ABO and Customer Experience team, business users and global analytics team  
  • to deliver the highest quality output, developing long-term relationships, actively provide technical/digital solutions to business users.
  • Analyze data, manage and support digital analytics related to ABO and Customer Experience (eg funnel analysis of purchasing behavior, utilization of digital properties and assets, setting up KPIs for digital Web and Marketing activities) and  provide accurate and value-adding and actionable insights to enable stakeholders in making informed decisions.
  • Strong and solid experience and business acumen on digital buyers and products analysis.
  • Ability to connect data insights with ABO motivation via various research and secondary data studies and on-site participation of ABO activities and events.
  • Proficient in data interpretation, visualization and “story-telling” to deliver impactful insights to tackled genuinely difficult strategy or analytics questions to mid/high level management stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead data literacy training amongst business users, eg training on interpreting data definition and analysis to non-analytics peers.
  • Create predictive analytics models by working closely with CoE for tactical and strategic decision making in annual / long – term planning.
  • Passionate about data with strong learning initiative, problem solving and communication skill.
  • Supports MSB (Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore).



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a role requiring understanding of data and interpretation of trends, with a background in eCommerce, Social Media and/or Digital Marketing preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with analyzing and interpreting Big Data.
  • Experience with web/digital analytics (i.e. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) is essential.
  • Experience or familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau or Google Data Studio) is preferred.
  • SQL knowledge and experience are essential
  • Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (i.e. Google Cloud & Amazon Web Services) querying tools is an advantage.
  • BS/BA in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Marketing, or similar discipline
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to design and deliver research reports in formats appropriate to a wide variety of target audiences
