Title: Senior Data Analyst – Digital Analytics

 Location : Petaling Jaya


  • Work closely and lead the planning of digital analytics with Regional Digital Team
  • Lead and Execute Digital analytics related to ABO and Customer Experience, eg funnel analysis of purchasing behavior, utilization of digital properties and assets, setting up KPIs for digital Web and Marketing activities
  • Strong and solid experience and business acumen on digital buyers and products analysis
  • Ability to connect data insights with ABO motivation via various research and secondary data studies and on-site participation of ABO activities and events.
  • Proficient in data interpretation, visualization and “story-telling” of insights to mid to high level management stakeholders
  • Lead Data Literacy training amongst business users, eg training on BI tools, interpreting Data definition and analysis to non-analytics peers
  • Create predictive analytics models by working closely with CoE for tactical and strategic decision making in annual / long – term planning
  • Supports MSB-VIPA (Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand) requests



  •  Degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or similar discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a role requiring understanding of data and interpretation of trends, with a background in Social Media or Digital Marketing preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with analyzing and interpreting Big Data.
  • Experience working with SQL is preferred.
  • Experience with the Adobe Analytics and Tableau is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in tagging for data collection is a plus
