What is the purpose of this role?

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Amway Business Owners, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the rest of the organization to execute account strategies, provide support, and optimize account performance.


What you’ll do:

  • In this role, you will drive significant sales growth and ensure alignment across designated accounts, consistently meeting targets while maximizing sales volume by effectively managing mid-to-high-value Distributor accounts.
  • You will take ownership of senior-level leaders, tracking their progress and reporting results, while delivering data-driven, consultative support to medium-value accounts to accelerate growth. Overseeing all stages of the Account Management process, you’ll leverage analytics to optimize performance and engage proactively with Distributors, attending events and building strong relationships.
  • By providing actionable insights and collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will contribute to the successful execution of business strategies.
  • You will also support Growth Leaders and Leader Communities, coaching and leading both virtually and in person, while developing and executing tailored strategic account plans.
  • Your leadership will extend to tracking key performance indicators, presenting at industry events, and ensuring a deep commitment to fostering sustainable business expansion. 


What you’ll need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Proficiency in English and German (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and visualization platforms like Tableau.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Consulting acumen to drive account business growth.
  • Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to influence and empower leaders.
