Related Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, business consulting, or field operations, preferably in direct selling, FMCG, or retail industries.
- Proven track record of managing large portfolios of key accounts or leaders, with demonstrated results in business growth and operational efficiency.
- Experience coaching or mentoring business owners, sales teams, or leaders to achieve performance and leadership objectives.
- Hands-on experience in implementing national/regional sales strategies at the local field level.
- Familiarity with territory management, incentive program tracking, and performance measurement.
- Prior involvement in cross-functional projects, business activations, or capability-building initiatives is highly desirable.
