Primary Responsibilities:
· Support internal teams to continuously improve training delivery and assist in implementing training programs for ABOs, including ABO Academy support, measurement, and tracking of training activities.
· Collaborate with Marketers to drive effective integration and implementation of training in Home Category (physical and virtual training) .
· Deliver trainings & demonstration to impact learner’s experience positively. (Physical and virtual training)
· Support the execution of training events and assigned project and accountable of all assigned projects (product new launch or marketing campaign).
· Accountable on aligning & ensuring compliance to Amway’s global training policies, including all training productions, deliveries and activities and maintain confidentiality of global and regional training policies.
· To translate global and regional training resources for final release of training content in local market.
