This position is a contact for all ABO business, product, order, and support needs.  Efficiently and clearly communicates information in response to inquiries and business maintenance requests while meeting or exceeding established quality standards.  Provides friendly, helpful service to all internal and external customers through accurate and proficient utilization of the knowledge management tool or other resources.  Responsibilities may include:

  • To deliver requested communications to IBOs, such as consulate letters, income tax reports, etc.
  • Updating IBO data in our internal system.
  • Sending to the appropriate department the IBOs requests to be processed.
  • Processing returns.
  • Organizing bonus checks.
  • To deliver IBO bonus checks and correspondence.
  • Receiving and processing new IBO contract applications.
  • Delivering of the eSping purifier replacement parts in guarantee.
  • To answer any IBO’s question, comment or doubt.
  • To maintain an up-to-date register of each contact with the IBOs.
  • Participating in the 90 day New IBO program or any other business project.

To assume other activities and special responsibilities once in a while as requested.
